Hello All:

Started student training this past Monday at Wassi field. The rwy was pretty wet, especially after the snow we experienced, however, that didn't dampen the spirits of the two students and five instructors that showed up. I had the pleasure of instructing Ed C who was up for three flights before the sun dipped below the horizon. These were Ed's first flights and although he did admit to being somewhat nervous, he performed very well. If Ed is able to train on a regular basis, he will have no problem getting a set of wings for his jacket.

Although the weather seems to be against us, I'll head out to the field again tonight, 05 May 04, to cut some more brush and maybe drop some of the larger brush with a chain saw. I'll be at the field by 1830 hours. If you can make it come out and lend a hand. Remember to bring a brush cutter and/or chain saw.

Cheers,

Peter

Looks like it might be windy Monday but I could be coaxed into doing some training Tuesday or Wednesday evening if anyone is interested.
