Set up

I agree this jason, Setup is the key to any great flying plane. Add some mag wheel weights and just try it out. There is a cg range that can make that bird a real winner.
I keep hearing stories never fly with an edge tail heavy.

In general I agree, but I had this plane with the same motor as Jim and it's VERY light and gets tossed around pretty good in windy conditions. Weight's not needed, but it may help... it's up to the pilot.

I find it easiest to adjust CG by adding weight to the nose or tail until it's right. If I want to get rid of the weight I can then move things around until I get the same balance point.

Jim... that plane will fly really well, especially in loops and such, when set up right.
