Power racing , the Katana 1/8 buggy ?

Only saw the ONE on ebay. Having a hard time finding them or info on them anyplace.

http://www.happytimehobby.com/ has a little info on them. A short video clip also.

They look ok, but I have never heard of them before. Anyone??

A guy is trying to sell them localy for 399 + tx.

Poop.... cheaply made. There are no in stock replacement parts for it. One of my best buds almost bought it until we did some research.

I had it explained to me this way, if you buy it, it is like buying a Hyundia in 1980, crappy, easily broken and no support.

Maybe once this company gets off the ground and has been around for awhile they will be better. The one we looked at even the plastic was substandard.

I tried loking into them, but was only able to find the one link that I already posted.
Called a few hobby shops, they had never heard of them.


FearFerretRC. Your buddy was or is looking for a buggy. What did they get or are they looking at? I ask because the price, it's speeds are decend and it is 400 or under.

He ended up with an RTR used TT ST1, very nice I must say.

Its great for him to bash with, and he paid 400.

As for information on the Katana stuff, I have really found nothing.

If I can read about it, If I cant touch it, and if I cant look at it, I cant buy it :P.
