Even I think the specualtion has gone a bit far!!!

Much of what I right is either reitteration of know facts, or 'educated' speculation based in facts. I was trying to contact carl on a n unrelated matter at the time of the 'announcement' and found out that he was 'out of the country' - I later found out Cuba. (funny things happen when you ask people questions)
I really don't have any idea if or who's signiature would be on the document.
