Just wondering if anyone has built one of these? I am looking for something to build and this looks like it would haul butt with a 50cc gas. Kits are starting to disappear, especially in this size.

I am picking one up at the end of the month and it will be getting the DL50. If it was an ARF I wouldn't consider it, but the kit I want to do. From what I have read, it goes together real well and flies great.

The DL50 sounds like the way to go, and the price can't be beat. It is nice there are still some companies coming out with good kits.

Update, I now have the kit at home, but no time right now to build it. Mine will have the DL50 with a header and can. DX7 radio, not sure about the servo's. The prototype of OMP's is now flying with a DA50/can and they think the engine runs the best that way. Nice airplane, the landing gear mount is very strong and will not require any mods like so many of these aircraft seem to. One other note, these aircraft kits are laser cut and assembled in Dayton, not overseas, so they have a very good control of the materials that go into them.
