Dennis is going to spray gas into one end,put a spark plug in the middle,and stay away from the other end.

tube maybe they could tell you who does.
Why not make your own with Carbon Fibre formed around the correct size mailing tube and soaked with epoxy?

I know a place that sells woven CF fabric in tube form, just not sure of the dimensions. It comes on a rol so you can make it as long as you want you just have to and the resin and form.

CF fabric is beggining to be hard to aquire according to Composites Canada. The U.S. millitary is gobbling it up
Prices are up, supply down.
