Canada Customs - slow

I'm not having a good start to my day even though I've had my coffee. I ordered a Senior Telemaster from Hobby Express a while ago. It arrived in Toronto on Monday 6th April - into Canada Customs at 08:00hrs Tuesday 7th April - where it still sits as of today the 10th April! What can be so slow about looking/x-raying a big box of wood pieces?

Thanks for the offer Todd. Nothing at the moment but I'll keep you in mind for the future.

Re: Canada Customs - slow

Often depends on the country it's coming from and port of entry. I order stuff from Japan and it clears customers in 5-10 minutes every time.

Re: Canada Customs - slow

I have seen at times it did not actually sit there that long but the tracking was not updated every day. I had one show up in my post box and the tracking did not show up until later that day.

Re: Canada Customs - slow

I had a package from HK recently that was sent for further processing, then processing error, then sent to the wrong city in Ontario, then delivered, 3 weeks bouncing around Canada... I find Canada Post this year has been really bad, was good for the last couple of years...
