Miss America...Has me Stumped

After the maiden flight of my H9 Miss America P-51 Mustang, it wanted to roll right so I kept adding left aileron trim untill it flew level. I was getting worried as my trim lever was near maxxing out. I thought to myself "I couldn't have had the ailerons that far out of whack" so I landed and checked the ailerons and they were out of the wing 3/16-1/4in. My flying buddy and I began a search for the culprit of the aileron misalignment by checking the plane surfaces for square, level and the lateral balance in case I missed something during the build. We found that the plane was ever so slightly heavy on the left side which made things even more confusing because that would suggest that if the lateral balance were bang on it would possibly need even more left aileron to correct. The only thing we could think of is a possible warped wing. It is an ARF, so who knows...It flys great, but that aileron misalignment really bugs me when I land and have to look at it Any ideas or answers out there

Put an indidence meter on the wings and check to see if you have some warp and if so you may be able to correct it by shrinking the covering where needed. sounds like a warped wing to me. Good luck.
