wow
thats gotta be a very poor mvvs engine because i get the specs here
MVVS 26 IFS/RC The MVVS 26cc gasser is an ideal introduction into the world of gasoline powered aircraft. This engine is light and powerful. At only 1055 grams, it is only marginally heavier than a glow engine of the same displacement. Currently we are running these engines with tuned pipes on our own "test" aircraft, H9 Ultra-Stick Lite 120s, and the performance is AWESOME. This combo spins a Menz "S" 18x8 propeller at 8400 rpm, producing approximately 17 pounds of static thrust! On a 10-14 pound aerobatic airplane, this is a recipe for FUN! We've also had customers reporting 9100 rpm on a Mezjlik 18x6 carbon prop. This combo puts out a staggering 20 pounds of static thrust! thats posted on mvvs canadian site take a look http://www.mvvs-canada.com/moreinfo.php?pid=3 |

I will be running a 20 oz tank and flying at less than half throttle most of the time. I'm looking forward to having unlimtied vert so I can hover and do harrier rolls on the deck. On my current plane I can only do these manouvers at 20 - 30 feet cause of limited power
