Smile smoke system

so l am dwindling with the thought of putting smoke on my new saito 91 4 stroke, havent even mounted the engine yet, but has anyone out there ever done this and if so is it successful at all and what type of smoke oil is used for best results with low heat??.
and most important l guess, is it worth installing something like that???

You may have a snag.

In order to get good smoke, it is necessary to have heat. That's what makes the oil go to smoke.

You might try Slimline. They have a line of mufflers specificly made to generate smoke. You could also try modifying any muffler that you use on your engine.

What's important with the Slimline is that there is a pre-heater which warms up the oil in the hot exhuast flow prior to injection at the hottest point. So if you could make a mod to an existing muffler to wrap your smoke oil delivey tube around the muffler to ensure that it gets hot and then inject it near the exhaust manifold, that might work.

i just got everything to put a smoke system in my saito 56 if i can get your email addy i will email you the info and part #'s for everything you need and how to put it in

i have done this
i coiled soft copper tubing around the headerpipe and brazed it then piped it back in the muffler plenty of smoke 4strokes run hotter
