Re: Has Anyone Seen The New Jr Radio 2.4g

Would it resemble the Spektrum DX7 ??
Just like there is a DX9 in Europe but not a JR9303??

Re: Has Anyone Seen The New Jr Radio 2.4g

Sam, just google "JR Dsx7" Its a 2.4 version of the 7202 as far as looks.

Grant, its the same radio except for a few features. There's no stopwatch like the Dx7 ect.. Lots of information on RCGroups, do a quick search. BTW JR doesn't have to compete with Spektrum, the Spektrum line is a subsidiary of JR and by rights Horizon Hobby. They market Spektrum gear towards the 7 channel and lower guys, and the JR line for the 9 channels and up crowd.

Both Spektrum and JR share internals as far as gimbals and processors (depending on model), and also radio technology.

I'd buy the DX7 over the Dsx7 but the 9303 over the Dx9 for what its worth.

Andrew.

Re: Has Anyone Seen The New Jr Radio 2.4g

I was originally doing a search on "JRDSX7V3" and was getting nothing. This DSX7 is not something that Horizon carries, and looks to be from JR Japan. In other words it would only be available in Europe. Judging from the look of it, and as Andrew mentioned, I would say it is the same as the DX7 (older 7202), but in a JR box.
