Learning curve question

OK, so I have heard alot of people say that the learning curve with a micro(Bcpp) is alot longer than with say a Mini T (both of wich I own). I have also heard that learning on the Bcpp will be much harder, than on the Mini T.
So at what point should I sell, retire, stow away the Bcpp and start using the Titan. If the learning curve is quicker then should I have started with a Titan? Would that not be more expensive in the long run (repairs and all)?
I want to get the Titan flying, but I think I should have more exp. first. Or should I just gain my exp. through the Titan and its repair.
