Dude that stinks. Well, get an OS this time, as I recall that TT motor's been a bit of a pain for ya. Besides, if you had an OS, I'd offer to just send you a spare crankshaft I have, but you don't

Don't worry Joe, the crank is fine, its the aluminum fan mount that stripped out. And I think i know why it was not running so good, just haven't gotten a chance to test my theory

Re: Engine fan removal help

Well at least you're not looking at a new motor then. That's something. What's your theory on the motor issues? Just curious.

Re: Engine fan removal help

Well I have been having to prime it every time I try and start, wether its the first start of the day or the 20th in a row. So I am thinking its lean on the bottom end instead of the top, which would by my understanding also make it transition poorly/not at all. And seeing as I have tried adjusting the high end all around with no results, adjusting the low is at least worth a shot. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but that's what I will be trying once I get her back together

Re: Engine fan removal help

Well, just got the new fan mount and made an interesting observation. The new mount is not threaded like the old on was. Everything else is the same however. I am wondering if this became a known issue and they decided to change the design. I will install it this week end and see how it works
