Caribou/ Buffalo

Does anyone know of plans, or better yet a kit for 1/6 scale Caribou or Buffalo. I really like Dehavilland planes, will be building a Ivan Pettigrew Twin Otter this fall, but need another to make it thru the Ontario winter!
Any ideas would be appreciated flytwice

There is a guy in New york USA that was selling Caribou plans.

I have some stashed away that i bought a few years ago.

I will get more info for you later.


MR AERODESIGN of Quebec was pondering drawing up some plans for a Buffalo but so far nothing. He is busy with other things I guess.

OK I have posted TWO other times and they are not here. what's with that ?

Anyhow, what bear57 says is the same guy I bought my plans from.

I know a guy in US who had flying model of Caribou that he was selling few months ago, i will ask him about plans of that model for you.

Space Cowboy, Struts1, bear57: Thanks a lot for the info! Yes, Mr Aerodesigns claims to be doing a Buffalo, have seen nothing yet ( not that I want a 30 lb plane!)
I'll check out the other bear 57, I have suggested that Ivan Pettigrew get a set of plans up a couple of times, but nothing yet.

Flytwice, I was able to bring up the site and do on line ordering right up to the point of payment.
Do you mean they cannot supply? I can believe that as those plans are about 25 years old.
I had a set of those plans at one time and foolishly got rid of them. Regret it now.
