some final details

Gates open at 12 noon on friday. practice is from 2 till dark.
you must sign in at the gate and pay at that time.
nobody gets in the gate without signing the waiver and paying first.
you will be getting a wrist ban when you sign your wiaver.
you will be getting a new color every day so you must sign in.
no personal vehicles in the pits. you can pull in and unload but then must pull your personal car outside the pits.
this will change on sun morning so you can reload when you are done ,tailers can stay in the pits all weekend.
there is no tent camping.(overnight parking is what it is called)
so no tents.
there are consesions on site as well as bathrooms.
some power in the pits but none out where youwill be overnight parking
you are allowed in the rc pits and not in the full size car pits. i will draw a map. and hand it out with registration.

i am working on discount tickets for the full size racing on sat night.
no dogs no beer in the pits.!! PERIOD!!! there will be time for that when we are done sat night!

also we will be runing electric 1/8th scale. so bring them on out!

There is a map link on the "Contact Us" page at GlenwoodRC.com. It will link you to Google maps to get directions. I was never able to find a specific address number on Holland-Glenwood Rd, it's just at the east end of the road.

On my Garmin its approximately 11596 Holland Glenwood Rd., Holland NY. If you punch that addy into google maps it pretty much lands on the driveway to the speedway.
For the life of me I can't find an actual street address for that racetrack. Its SUPER annoying. Even their website doesn't have a street address.

Anyways, looks like i'm out for this weekend . See y'all next time.

Just to make things clear is there going to be a spot to put a 29 ft camper trailer to sleep in this weekend. And if so how far away from the pits do we have to park them. I know of 4 guys with trailers that plan to race this weekend.

yes there is pleanty of room. the campers will be parked about 40 to 70 feet from the pits . all depending on when you get there.made some changes to the first post.
i talked to owners and some things have changed for the better so herer it is.

but after talking to managment you will be alowed to remain in the pits. but ONLY in your pit. if you are caught outside the rc area you will be asked to leave. that simple.

sounds harsh but it is what it is.
its not that big of a deal. its all about saftey.

also i will have buy one get one to get into the full size races.
so i know a bunch of us are planing on going in.

If your GPS accepts coordinates they are 42d 37.4672' N
78d 32.5733' W that will bring you right on the Holland Glenwood Rd.
