HELP! Need a hinge...

I am hinging some gear doors and have had to do an intervention as the stock set up wont work. My buddy Kev-o helped me to come up with a workable solution but here's my dilemma.

We located these heavy duty hinges - need 2 per door. Whadda ya know, I've only got 3!

So who can help me out?????

I either need one more identical unit or 4 of something similar. The one I have have has a couple of ribs and is slightly tapered between.

Or steer me to a source?

Cheers and thanks guys.

Hi Paul
So obviously that is not a Dubro Hinge otherwise you would be able to get that. So when Kevin is saying Yak or Python is he meaning Aeroworks. I have a Yak 54, but I don't remember any hinges to that. Again Dubro hinges are quit flat with no taper. That must be old discontinued manufactured hinges. Just got to find out who the maker is.

Re: HELP! Need a hinge...

I have a container of hinges at home. I'll check to see what I have and post up some pics.

I'll check when I'm done work

Re: HELP! Need a hinge...

Here is a shot of the Dubro hinge and a klett hinge.
The klett is 7/8 wide.
Not exactly what you have . They could be an option.

If you can't get them locally . Let me know. I can throw four in an envelope for you.

Thanks Brad, I'll see if I can dig up some of the Klett hinges locally to try.
