does any one know what the turns on the mixture adjust screw are from all the way in, on an os 32 sx engine so as i dont have to take the engine out of the heli to set it as per the manual, when the heli spools up , to just about lift off stage the engine just cuts out, doesnt rev high like it was lean, just stops. have adjusted both ways , doesnt change the end result but this engine was bought by someone else and had a tank of fuel through it, it is new, but dont know what he did when he tried to run it, any help would be great thanks, Bob

Re: os settings

for most engines - start at 2 1/2 turns out, and a 1/8 turn does alot, so dont turn much at a time.

when i tuned my engine, i took the main rotor head off and tail blades off. - this will give u a base for adjusting ur engine - close.
