Cool Re: Ontario Adhesives/Dynaflite Decathlon Build

Hey all

Happy new year to everyone I hope everyone had a safe and fun holiday. Well I have been working on the decathlon lately but I am not able to post pics as we have got a new home computer. I am out of my comfort zone with it as I have made the switch to MAC. If anyone has some suggestions on how to resize the pics using this system that would be great.

As for the build I have got the wings complete and rough sanded. the Fuse is requiring some finishing with the formers on the bottom of the fuse. I have the fuel tank installed and ready to hook up. I have all of the stuff required to complete her. I am interested in placing some extra lumber in the fuse for floats. Does anyone have suggestions on what floats would work great with this kit? also if anyone has floats installed maybe throw some pics up on the thread for everyone to see. I'll try and get some pics up soon. thanks again for everyones patience with the thread!

PS: I burned 12 gallons of glow fuel last summer!!!!! and many many lipo charges and flights

Happy new year!!!!!

Tom

re: re-sizing images on your mac, if you want something simple you should try ToyViewer (free), download at http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/12453

If you have questions on editing the images or uploading let me know.

I also use Graphic Converter (shareware) and lately I have been using the Gimp which does everything I need with images.

I use my iMac for all tasks at home. Loyal Apple/Mac user since 1984.

Re: Ontario Adhesives/Dynaflite Decathlon Build

Tom, your alive!!! how's the gang out there? I've been enjoying my Super Decathlon this summer, it has a 50cc gas, 105" wingspan and is way too easy to fly, it's like a big Kadet. So lets get going I want to hear how your first flight goes...2.5months away till decent flying season up there
