What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to break-in this new Saito .56 to power a Sig Rascal ARF I'm building.
When I started it the first time, it started on the initial thrust of a chicken stick, and I ran it under 4000 rpm for the first 6oz. tank on the test stand. It cut out once, but restarted right away, and emptied the tank.

So, I let it cool off, refueled, and it would not for the life of me start again.
I wasted my arm trying.



The picture shows my set-up, with the engine running on the first tank.

I'm using Morgan Cool Power 25% fuel, which is a newly opened can, though 2 years old. Could the fuel be the problem? What do I have to do to fix it. Hope I don't have to take the engine apart.
