By ficticious, I meant that there were no mustang squadrons using the code KA and no serial number A1928 matches any RAF/RAAF/RNZAF mustang. The roundels are the A1 type ( early war ) and not likely seen on any Mustang IV. I'd be curious to know the significance of the markings that the builder chose, even if just for fun. They must have some significance? Someone's initials?

I asked him about them, they are the initials of his father and serial no after the markings are the birthday of his late father
