Re: Sig is back
That is super good news!! Sig has always been a legacy in the hobby and it is great that they are still going. Kudos to them. I bought a Sig Riser 100 and electrified it when HiFlight was sold and it is a wonderful flying glider. I'm a real fan of the Eppler airfoils and the E205 on the Riser is a great all round foil. Not great for high wind penetration but who cares when you have the electric motor!

Re: Sig is back
Why with so much interest does SIG not release the hog again? I mean everywhere I go, people say they will buy...

Re: Sig is back
I was in the SIG booth in Toledo, and everyone was upbeat and enthusiastic about getting the SIG line of products out to dealers and into the hands of modellers as quickly as possible. They made no bones about the fact Sig almost disappeared from the landscape, but with new, committed principles running things, it definitely looks good. With the exchange rate like it is maybe I can squeeze out the change to buy that 110" Rascal I've been wanting for some time.

Re: Sig is back
SIG was my first kit almost exactly a decade ago now. I’m looking forward to picking up the 4*20 EP come fall-time for my next winter build!

Re: Sig is back
Lash, its the biplane version of their astro hog. The astro hog was one of the earliest rc planes with ailerons. If you go to sigs web site you can download the manual. It has the history of this airplane kits history in a short artical included with the manual.
