My first plane was a home built .049 ukie with no plans. Just did it from scratch. OK cub .049 for power.

First R/C was a Bud Barkley Cessna.

My first (successful) control line plane was a Lil' Wizard. I was 8

When I was 12 my first RC plane was a 6' Glider (Cant offhand remember the name or the mfg)
It lasted all of the 4 seconds it took my dad to toss it straight up from a running throw. Of course it came straight down

My first successful RC a few months after that was a Ken Willard "Schoolmaster". I flew the crap out of it that summer

I miss her so much and I'm thinking to the new SkyFly Max
