Hi Lorne, it is a 64" fleet model 1.. it was scratch built, I purchased it at an auction. The cowl is not to scale as the fleet had a radial engine. This plane was a lot of fun to fly. It landed a little hot though. One day I had a brain fart to try an outside snap roll(first attempt with this plane) at app. 30 feet alltitude.. not such a good idea.

Here's some more--


Dad's 1/6th Mossie on a flyby- he scratch built completely (including drawing plans), and has a pair of G26 engines.









This is Dad and I at one of the Kitchener scale events.








Australian CA-13 Boomerang, 1/4 scale, also completely scratched, including the plans by Charlie Mills, and previously flying with a ZDZ80 twin.








Just now fitting the new powerplant, Moki150! Hasn't flown with this yet, should be very soon.

OK can't let this one go without seeing another YAK so here is mine.

It is a BBT Carden 32.5% Yak 54 w/DA100L on MTW75 cans and a Mezj 25x12 3 blade. 92db at 3m. Weight is ~28.5 lbs. It has about 25 flights on it so far. Hatch and cowl are covered in Ultracote as is the rest of the airframe. Pants and fairings are painted.
