That sounds like a great idea also but the "T" pins I have are .045in diam and would not fit in the HXT500 servo arms without drilling them, if you have smaller "T" pins, it's certainly a good tip, I'll look for smaller ones.

Have to get the camera charged up for one of our indoor nights!!
I thought I would have access to a video cam but that fell through.

About the T pins The 1 1/4 inch pins should be the right size for the hxt servo arms.
I've been using them since I started building with blue foam.
I've supplied at least 6 or 7 to the club guys here so far but we have yet to all be at the same place at the same time.
Even my son has built one. He was never very interested in the fuel planes but has taken an interest in the small electrics.

Try not to have to much fun!!!!

Gaston, have you ever tried to put down thrust on the Click? The one I built at your place flies nose high all the time when throttle is ON, but noses down Ok when throttle removed. I have to rebuild the nose on mine so thought I would put a fair bit of down thrust and try it out. I think it will fly better!!

Sorry if I didn't answer earlier, I was in a meeting in Toronto and came back late last night. In regards to your question, I've always had some kind of angle of thrust and I never know which way, it depends on what angle I was at before I hit the wall, the ceiling or the floor but seriouly, I try to get a couple degrees down and to the right, it seems to help.

Today we had a few new models to see.
Here is Steph and his latest. It is only slightly smaller than our blue foamies but just as light.






My experiment with white foam. It is a bit heavier than a foamie, due to the larger profile section and the toilet paper tube engine mount, but it has outlasted my previous models. Very durable.
