Okay, I know my winter project....
I'm goin with a Losi Race roller Trugggy, and Spectrum radio and servo's but as for the engine???
Thought of a Jammin .21 with a low end torque pipe, axiel .28rr or an OS .21 and polished pipe???
Looking for low end to mid range brute power!!!
I've got a Losi rtr eight but I want more low end power for the truggy....

Any thoughts, let me know asap...

thanks mpracer

will use the truggy for some racing

I started running the v-spec at the end of this year and with the 2050 pipe it worked great. One of my best running engines as far as tuning goes.

imho you have picked the best truggy!!!!
as far as motors go the ones you have mentioned should be fine, I personally ran an O.S. V Spec on a JP3 and found it a great combo, good power throughout the rpm band.
if you want more low end grunt definately go for a JP1 pipe, it has the most bottom end power of all the jammin pipes, it seems to mate well with most motors

scott, you should try the jp1 also if you want more bottom

thanks!!!
the v spec is plenty of power and makes the truggy easy to drive... however the 28 was designed from the ground up as a truggy motor and would be more fun to drive but a little more thirsty on fuel

Thanks dave

Thanks Dave,

I think I shall use an O.S. 28 with a JP1 pipe in the truggy.
Should be a good start for a race truggy.
Any more suggestions let me know.
For now it will be fun to build and a blast to drive.

Ahhhh the sweet smell of bruning nitro.....

only problem I can see with the 28/jp1 combo maybe a lack of steering...

because your front wheels may be in the air when you yank the trottle!
have fun, maybe see you at a race next year.
