I've just purchased the new Hurricane by Eflite. Nice airplane well finished. I couldn't get it to balance at the recommended CofG point as per the manual. I called Horizon and apparently there is a typo in the manual.
I was told by the tech rep at Horizon that the correct CofG should be 2.75 to 3.125 inches from the LE, NOT 3.5 to 3.75 inches as in the manual.

Maidened the Hurricane today with the C of G at 2.75" back from the LE. Great flight trim was right on when the gear was up. Lifted off earlier than I expected without flaps but flew well. No trim was required with the flaps at half or full down.
Lands well with a bit of power on.
