Price for laser cut ribs

Would anyone know the pricing of getting some ribs laser cut. The reason is I'm seriosly thinking of puchasing my own small cnc mill and am wondering what people charge for that service.

Any input would be apreciated.

Thanks

Hey Dave,

as you know I've been looking into finding a Sukhoi. I found 2-3 places that will laser cut a "short kit" of some particluar plans they have access to, not just any plan sent in; basically wing ribs and fuse parts. Average cost seems to be about $50 US for a .60-.90 sized plane. I saw one that had a $30-$40 price for a .40 sized kit. I'm sure there's more but these are the ones I've seen.

Laser Cut Ribs

Most times the cutting is cheaper than the postage to get them.
AeroFun is cutting some for me, they supply the wood and cut to my file.
For a sixty inch wing with 22 ribs its less than 20 bucks. I think they charge 75 cents per minute on the laser.

Thanks for the replies. I've got my machine on order.
Should get it in about 6 weeks.
