anyone know where I can find out what mods are needed to fit this engine into revo? I cant find anything searching but remember seeing detailed instructions somewhere. THANK YOU if anyone finds a link or give me instruction's. This engine is one third the price of 18 tm and probly has the same performance right? I will just have to get a manifold separate correct?

i did this to my revo. first off no the cvrx is not as power full as the TM, not even close.but it does work nicley.you will need to find a header that will clear the shocks i used an old kyosho one and grinded it down to fit. CEN makes a nice flex header that will do nicley.you will need the adapter for the clutch, its the same one used for putting a cvrx in a t- maxx #4144 from traxxas. and a longer throttle arm( the one thats conected to the carb) couse the one on the cvrx is not long enough. i made my own out of uluminum.and youll need the motor spacers that come with the motor and i think thats it. ill try to find pics but im not sure i took any. hope this helps
