Mines an OLD 600, its a work tool, not a toy! Tractors are for plowing that four letter solid stuff. Right tool for the job, my snow moving equipment is lookin' mighty tiny now-a-days, Saw a JD 500HP tractor with an enormous blade pushin' snow back on oil leases last winter. I must be in the wrong line of work!

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

I was wheeling and dealing again. Sold the AW Edge but took out the DA100 and sold it with my EME 120. Gave him more power for less money. Now after I make the swap I will put the 100L up for sale.

LOL!! Sorry - totally different scale! I look at my parent's 100ft driveway and can't beleive having to plow it even with the ATV.

JD 500hp... now that's sweet

I'll just mention one other thing... thank's to the W.C. for giving up the MVVS58 to the E.M. . Scott has a sweet, sweet combo and that 58 is quite the powerplant
Is this considered progress? First the the mighty 190 gets a thumbs up and now the 58 get some praise. No mention of weight either. Must be good progress.

I won't comment on the weight of the Brick58 But it's a great running, powerful and smooth motor Even with all the lead I'm playing with around the jets, the weight of the 116 still gives me heartburn

From what I've seen the 116 is a power house though. Lorne sure liked it

Head is fine. Just sitting on my stool, flying.
Today's failure. Had an axle snap 90 seconds into my flight. Tossed it from 400ft, to the west end of the quarter (1/4 mile away). But I found it, ha-ha.
Axle upgrade in the near future (this eve).
