Spinner bolt extension thingy?

Hi guys, What is the thing called that screws into the engine shaft(5mm dia, 60cc) to make it longer so that your spinner screw, can be screwed into that part. True Turn used to use them all the time, but im finding it very difficult to find the bolt extension Im looking for even on their site.

Im dealing with a 5" spinner that is long. I can get a longer bolt I suppose, but I have many bolts that are just 10-15mm short, Plus I would have to go out of my way to Bolts Plus who May or MayNot have it.

Something like these:

https://www.dbproducts.com/index2.htm

Many hobby shops carry Dave Brown products and could likely order in if they do not have what you need in stock. Likely other mfg's as well, I have only used these.

Re: Spinner bolt extension thingy?

You should be able to find hex and round 5mm standoffs/spacers at Digikey or mouser or electronics supply house.

Probably cheaper to find a new bolt at fastenal or similar supplier. Also likely to offer better balance and less vibs.

You will also find that the thread comes at least three different pitches, like 1.0, 1.25, 1.50 etc.
