I am wondering if they will sell many just because of its size. at 78" there are way more less expensive ARF'S around plus the 35 cc motor is going to cost more than the ever increasing popular DL 50??.
The quality of the kit is unquestionable but they are a bit on the pricey side even for me!! However each to their own…nice looking plane but too small and too much…just my thoughts…Colin.

Easy...Easy nothing is to pricey for you my friend! ..LOL!

Areoworks is a bit on the pricey side do to QB and the hardware pkg they supply!..but your right!..it is pricey! and with the knock off motors comming out pay the bit more for 50cc plane!

Like the scheme too!

Geez, I guess you have not flown the 35% yet. If you had this thread would have been about the 150cc 260

MMM AW 260 42% that’s my goal for this season but it won't fit in my Vibe like the 3W 36% Patty I have right now, I'll have to sort out a trailer first I guess!! you are right about the AW Qb series the hardware is nice and I guess it offsets the price a little...plus there is free shipping when you buy from G.H...just got my new Extreme Flight 58" Extra from Jason and ordered the new 50cc Extra from him too...now that is a sweet looking plane and big at 88.5 inches, now that plane is priced right all the hardware a pilot a dash and great looks too plus its from Extreme flight you know what their quality is like?? check it out at Extreme Flight...I think you will be impressed...Colin.

I have to agree that this plane looks great, and quality is not an issue, but DAMN!!! $500 plus shipping for a 78" plane....I mean really. A good quality 50cc ARF can be had for $380-$500, and thats with good hardware too.

Sorry to sound like I'm complaining but where is the limit on pricing!!!

Chris

PS, Colin, good choice on the 88.5" Extra!! Mine should be here soon too. Which color did you get? I went for the blue and yellow.

I went with the red white and blue one the same as my little electric 58" that I just got ..I think the new gasser is going to be super popular.
I'm going to put a DL50 in it on a K+S pipe, 5955's all around and some carbon bling!!! the DL will save some money and the kit is cheaper than the AW so all in all the EF Extra is bigger and cheaper than the AW and it looks like they fly great too....did you order yours from Jason???...Colin.
