What a very interesting competition Dennis! Personally, I have never seen or heard of anything like this in this area before. I would imagine this will draw interest from all over. Can't wait to see how this develops!

This sound very similar to the SAE Aero design competition that Dennis, myself, and may other Canadian modelers have competed in. The difference is that we're just pilots for the SAE meet; Universities, Technical school, Colleges, etc. are the teams designing the aircraft. I've often wondered how a competition like this would work out if the ingenuity of the modeling population were used.
Great idea Dennis! Kelly

The rules are derived from the SAE contest so if you look at Micro class you will see the parameters that would be allowed for electrics. http://www.sae.org/students/aerorules.pdf Dennis |
