The Tango makes an excellent second jet, the AV8R makes The Perfect Turbine Trainer.
It is always good to start with an easy jet trainer. Checkout my post: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_10...tm.htm#1024507 Also depending on where you fly. If it is a short grass field, it is definitely not recommended to start with the Tango. The AV8R gives you lots of warning before stalling and lands slow and is very solid in crosswind situations. I fly both and the Tango flies much better than the AV8R but the AV8R shines in easy handling, stability and an all around heavy duty grass field operation trainer. Also checkout the Tango thread: https://www.rccanada.ca/bb/viewtopic....8d3f0ced9b648d Regards Peter |

If you don't already own a Tango, the problem may be finding one...Planes Plus seems to have dropped them. There is one for sale on RCU, though, but shipping it this far north would be costly...
