Theres an unwaxed side??? Doh! MAybe thats my problem!! I didnt know that!

I think my vapour barrier is 4mil, but I am not sure, its the medium weight stuff. Cheap...

Monocoat backing is the exact same stuff that Great Planes sells as "plan protector". If only I could figure out how to cover a plane without cutting it up!

Yeah, the stuff I'm using is vapour barrier - I think it is less than 4 mil.....
