You should know how to do each manover in the sequence of course but even people who have competed many times can forget what comes next when under the pressure of competition. Each pilot while flying the sequence has a person who will stand with you at the flight line and call out to you what manover comes next in the order. Makes it much easier to concentrate on what your doing at the moment instead of being distracted by trying to remember what comes next!
