Looks like Jerry Billings spit from the Windsor area in the early 70's would be my guess .The cars look late 60's early 70's vintage .

I have seen him fly this spit and ...well he never gets much higher than that at any time ...what a pilot and it was a great deal to see a spitfire mx 1X flown like it should be flown !!!!

In yesterdays Windsor Star there was a whole article about Jerry and how the Canadian Government has cut his pensions almost $4000 dollars/year.
Says he's 82 years old, had both knees replaced and the government rep showed up and said they made a mistake and that if he can't handle his house maintenence, then he should sell his house and move into a retirement home.....

Another great example of how our government treats it's dedicated war vets. His article was to bring this government's treatment to war vets out in the open.
