Custom heli case

Just thought I would share some pics of a flight box/helicase I made.
The idea was to have everything in a single box for a "quick grab n go".
Now I need to make something for my Goblins.

Re: Custom heli case

Nice, I need to do something similar, I have far too many trips to/from my car just to load/unload all I need to fly a couple of heli's...

Re: Custom heli case

Nice looking case. I'm trying to figure out though, where do you store the legs? Are those carried separately or do they fold up into the box somewhere? I assume it's probably not all that light either?

Re: Custom heli case

You are a true craftsman, mark. that case looks excellent. i love the folding legs that turns it into a stand, and the double-folding doors. Beautiful! @@

Re: Custom heli case

Thanks Guys
To ve7nly
Yes, the legs fold up underneath and are held in the up position by rare earth magnets. Sets up and folds back up in seconds.
Weight is about 13 lbs, not as light as I had hoped for, maybe version two.

This pic show the underside with legs folded up.

The thought has crossed my mind.
Just not sure how much demand there would be.
