How old is too old?

When I got my new plane it cmae with a bottle of fuel but i wasn't sure if i could use it because it's old like 3 yrs :S and would it matter is instead of using cool power 10% on an engine that has been using it i use OMEGA 10%?

3 year old fuel, if kept in a sealed container in a cool dry dark place will be fine. Now if it was sitting in the window or in a trunk of a car... not!

I am just finishing up some cool power from 3 summers ago, the worst thing you can do is leave it in a damp place or where it is warm/cold/warm/cold.

Cool power vs Omega - only difference is Omega is syth/castor blend and cool power is 100% synthetic. Both work fine in any modern engine, omega is slightly more tollerant to lean runs (which you shouldnt have anyway ) but I have used cool power 15% for over 10 years now in everything but lapped iron engines that need some castor.

Best thing is to run the engine on proven fuel. The run it on the older stuff and if you see any loss of performance or erratic running, discard it.

Yes Chris. You can run the engine on Omega as well as Cool Power with no ill effects!
