The majority of the RC community are awesome people. Every so often one of these bottom feeders surface.

I think we should keep this thread open to find out the outcome of this. The OP has already been banned at least once before. Maybe time for round 2 if he doesn't pay by a specified date? Perhaps the date after assistance cheques go out? When ever that is.

That brings up a good point. There are a number of people on here that have been banned before but are allowed to continue. Is it just me or once you are banned you should not be allowed back? I.E. if someone finds out a new account is someone who was banned before why are they not sent packing again.

I know of 3 people personally that are using a new account because an old one got shut down.

# 1b) Darcy Creighton is both flycrazy and banned member rccanadian2013
#2) suing threatened, FLYCRAZY says sue me.
#3) flycrazy ran 4s thinking it can run 4s, seller said it could run 4s.
#4) buyer who has never paid now refuses to pay because of #2 + #3 above

Its easier to let the community track and report a scammer than to ban the scammer and have him go underground with a new ip, email etc.

Allowing scammers to stay active is the ONLY way we have ever been effective at stopping them.

Oh. Also add in to your notes Rick, he's sent many not so nice PMs. A few to me awhile back saying he was going to punch my nose in lol and also I know of other members who's been E-yelled at by him. Using every profanity in the book. Although it's quite ironic how he can spell those words.
