i checked the sids website and it said track was closed wed for maintinence.

will it be open thursday for practice or is it closed still?

Yes, the track will be open for practice Thursday.

Disclaimer: Weather forecasters are never right.

If the weather forecast is accurate than tonight may be your only chance for practice before Sunday.
If it looks like rain for Friday and Saturday the track committee will be applying the tarps to cover the entire track so that it doesn't get flooded for Sunday's race. (very cool feature IMO)

went by sids today for practice with my teammates.

we got there just before 1030 and went to look at the track and we thought it had rained because alot of spots were covered in mud.

went into the garden centre to get our pit pass wristbands and we asked if had rained last night and he said no.

i ran about a half hour on the track and i like the new layout. trouble was my t4 was covered in mud by the time i finished. lol

its going to take me a while to clean it up.

hopefully it doesnt rain so it can dry up the muddy spots.

other than the mud pits the new layout is really nice. love the jumps.

I stopped by there today around 1:30 1:45pm approx.. and was just starting to rain so I didn't take my stuff out.

The track look like its is going to be real fun... great job guys!!
