Friday April 4 - Sunday April 6 , 2008

This race will be held at the Indoor Motocross Track at Chesterman Power Equipment
14493 Bayham Drive
Tillsonburg , ON , N4G 4G8

Our race schedule is as follows :

Friday April 4 , 2008
4:00pm – 10:00pm – OPEN PRACTICE

Saturday April 5 , 2008
8:00am - 9:00am – OPEN PRACTICE
9:00am - 9:15am – DRIVERS MEETING
9:20am - 9:00pm – 3 ROUNDS OF QUALIFYING
9:00pm - 10:00pm – OPEN PRACTICE (TIME PERMITING)

Sunday April 6 , 2008
8:00am - 9:00am – OPEN PRACTICE
9:00am - 9:15am – DRIVERS MEETING
9:20am - 5:00pm – START THE MAINS
5:00pm - 6:30pm – TROPHY CERAMONIES

We will be running 1/8 buggy , 1/8 truggy , 1/10 monster truck , 1/10 nitro stadium truck , 1/10 electric 4WD buggy and 1/10 electric 2WD (buggy or truck)
(we must have at least 8 pre-registered entries by March 31 , 2008 to run a class)

we will be running a maximum of 22 heats of 10-12 drivers so we can stay on schedule .

The mains will be run as follows
Nitro A mains will be 30 minutes
Nitro B mains will be 20 minutes
Nitro C mains will be 15 minutes
All electric mains will be 5 minutes
All other nitro mains will be 10 minutes

Cost for this event will be $50 for the first class and $25 for additional classes

To pre-register please send your Name ,Class , Frequency and transponder number to indooroffroad@hotmail.com
You can also paypal your entry money to indooroffroad@hotmail.com or pay , Matt Devries or Victor Garcia directly .

There will be no pitting upstairs , this year we are using the upstairs as a lounge for racers to use to get out of the smoke and noise .

THERE WILL BE TROPHY’S AND PRIZES UP FOR GRABS

We have plans to make track side well heated if the weather is unseasonable , like last year..

As for track commitee ( guys that wont to help set up for this event )
Other then the guys that already have , sent us a Pm ,we still have a few spots to fill in. Actually i had so much fun getting the track ready ,caint wait to do it again this year.

re dates for the race

in the post it shows the dates as april 4-april 6th,

then it shows practice firday april 13th, april 14 and then mains sunday april 15th.


which are the correct dates?

according to the 2008 calender april 13th is a sunday,im thinkin it is a typo and it is the 4th 5th and 6th
