If I buy this Trakpower 4900mah 7.4v LiPo. Do they come with leads already?

If not. What size of wire is recommended and connectors (to the battery) is to be used?

Thank you.

It doesnt come with the 4mm gold plugs [or usually reffered to as bananna plugs].
Id reccomend 13 or 12 GA wire, preferably deans wire but anything will do.
It is a really good battery, id get a balancer with it since it really helps give the pack a longer life.

yep - same as above. no leads. you'll need the two larger plugs for the positive and negative, and the smaller plug for the balancer.
When i bought mine, i made sure they threw them in with the deal.

Great Batteries, I would use 12 Guage Deans Wet Noodle... one of my favourite wires... and it really is like a wet noodle... and it's not the same as Deans Ultra 12 AWG, the Wet Noodle is a little bit more flexible... I would make the wires as short as possible, whatever suits your application..
