Bavarian Demon
I think I'm going to put one on this 700E Trex I just bought. However does anyone know what Spektrum satellite Rx is recommended? Apparently a DSMX sat isn't supported.

Not sure if you can. I don't see why not. Just need all the Rx wires maybe. I think DSM2 and DSM sats are still compatible but it doesn't say that exactly.

In the manual on page 5 ,under satellite receivers, it reads ....."Up to 2 (diversity) receivers can be connected"....
I think that might be the German way of saying you can use any type.

Ahhh so there is a difference. I got this today.
Dear Stewart, no real recommendation here. The unit works with DSM2 as well as DSMX. The only thing to know is that DSM2 only supplies 7 channels, whilst DSMX also has an 8th channel available (in case you need this). Regards, i.V. Ok the Demon showed up yesterday. Has anyone bought on of these? I'm curious because it wasnt wrapped in plastic and there arn't any instructions in the box. Also looks like the box has been sitting on someone's bench already. Slight used look to the packaging. Everything inside is in its place but not wrapped up or in plastic either. There is a sticker sheet and a pamphlet.

Yes. Confirmed. Instructions and packaging have been cut back so the manufacturers can make even more money! Instructions need to be downloaded from the demon site.
I'm going to dive into this setup tonight with Mr.Gibsons! Not sure how far I will get lol How do you like it Jason? Did you setup the horizontal and rescue mode?

There is no USB stick with the Demon 3sx. Just the USB cord to run the programming on the PC.
Instructions need to be downloaded from the site!!!
