What's peoples experiences between with ordering from liftrc?

Thought I'd try them out, but was not too impressed with their initial response.

I ordered some ESC's from them, got one DOA no big deal.

Didn't ask for a refund just told them what happened and asked when they would have more in stock. Got a response asking for my order number which I provided. Then nothing till they closed the ticket 2 months later asking how I felt it was handled.

Not likely to order again after that.

I haven't ordered yet.
Been to the site 5 times in the last couple months and there is never anything in stock!
They certainly arent trying hard to compete with Rotorgeeks, Rotorquest, NGHobbies and others!

That's what I am thinking, probably won't order there again and don't recommend them.

Rotorgeeks.com is a way better experience... Personal touch, ask them anything and at the right price. Heard great things about their ESCs, but now I'll derail my own thread.
