if you want more speed, and dont want to upgrade the motor, you can try a tuned pipe, and alloy clutch shoes, for better handeling, you can play around with tires, and shock springs and shock oil wt, if you dont have the manul you can go to teamlosi.com and download it for free, it has some great typs on set up changes

ok thanx for the help guys...im gona forget about the carbon stuff......the motor has to be a .12 to race that truck around here and its already got the adam drake edition tuned pipe......were can i get alloy clutch shoes for that truck??

The thing you completely forgot is the lack of heat transfer. The aluminum chassis helps take heat away from the motor. If you want a CF chassis. Someone else already makes one. I know someone that tried one on the AD. Big expense little to no gain.

oh I forgot its a .12 not 100% if they make alloy shoes, HPI makes a racing clutch not 100% but it might fit

no alloy shoes keep everything stock...get the lowered tvps...YES EVEN FOR BASHING....put a pipe and , in my opinion a mach 26....spider mod, brake mod.....thats all you really need to have a crazy truck....if you want to see 3 examples of great savage racers/ bashers come out to the brick on monday night.......everything else you mod is your taste but this truck wll rock if you do these things......lowering the CG will make a savage handle so well it will blow your mind....no more roll overs!!!!! the shocks will never bottom out even eith the lowered chassis plates....!!! me and the boys have tried everything and anything in between....PS SAVAGE ROCKS!!!!!ran circles around an lst again...
