Just posted new picture with cowel on. We got enough cold days in a row here so I got it done. Actually a very simple mod, and the weight of the plane comes out almost the same as it did before. Yes a heavier engine but it had a 3000mah 4 cell battery before now it has a 4 cell Nimh at 2000mah. Excited to try it out. Hopefully this weekend

Did the maiden today. It went very well. No trim and balanced perfect. Was hoping for more power but at 6.75 pounds the little is 46 flies it around pretty scale. The flaps work very well, the roll out on landing was about 2 feet lol
Anyways I enjoyed it and it a fairly simple mod if anyone else is interested in converting there's to glow
