Hey guys,

Are you limiting the tires to stock? Or are you allowing those of us who run 1/8th scale buggy tires to run them?

I test drove my sons stock slash right out of the box and had loads of tracktion with the kit tires.
so there is no need to run the bigger tires.
And the scale tires just look so much better imo.

Oh i agree on the look.. Was just wondering as i will converting my XXX-t with the SCT conversion kit. So i would be needing to buy tires.. and figured if i could get away with using the buggy tires as i would be using them on my 1/8th ebuggy anyways it would make keeping track easier

The kit tires work very well at the track in hamilton.... until they "glaze" over, which is easily removed with brake cleaning sol.

The kit tires work great until they glaze over.... brake cleaner works great at softening the tires and removing glaze-y-ness.
