Ok checked everything and its all stock except for servos they are hitec and gyro?? All servos are going in reverse even tail..

Well that's why they're different. Just go into your servo reversing menu, and reverse them all. Should be that simple.

OK now we are getting somewhere, I believe the hitechs are reversed cpmpared to stock servos.

You need to reverse the AIL, ELEV, PITCH (aux1 or 2) and RUDD servos in the servo reversing menu and retest. I recomend pulling two motor leads so motor can not spool up SAFETY FIRST. Then retest. Double check the gyro direction also it gets scary when gyro is backwards and first correction ends up in an uncontrollable pyro spin. (yes I found out the hard way)

Then if all servos move swashplate up or down in unison recheck the pitch direction.

Hey good point on the gyro direction. I forgot about that one. That will be reversed as well.

Ok.. Your right it was that simple. I did not know Hitec servos run the opposite direction..... Now, just figure out why tail rotor is not working and she should be RTF. Thanks Guys!!!

Hehe... I'm an aircraft maintenance engineer with a electronics rating. "sparkfarmer" is a term mechanics use to razz us. Like we call them knuckle draggers! It's all in good fun. :P

LOL cool I am an automotive/truck and coach/Industrial equipment/natural gas and propane mechanic. I specialize in electrical systems in auto and industrial. If it wasn't for some razzing we would all lose our minds. Thanks for that laugh.

Not sure what is wrong with it I have not had a chance to look. It is not spinning. Also the tail servo keeps creeping to one side??
