A couple shots of the wing flipped over with the top surface facing up.

Looking ahead, the servo bay covers need to line up with the screw holes in the carrier plate so I drilled the hole through so I have a reference later.

LOL!! I pulled the aileron foam cores out this morning for kicks and was shocked at the size of them!! HUGE

I'll take a picture tonight, but with the ailerons beside this wing, it is very big

Super cool how they designed these wings. I'm very curious on how the center hinges work and are set up. I've always wanted to try that on a set of foam cores.

For Terry and others, Dan has a gallery of images from a build he did on his website. I am sure that Trevor is going to show some of these details, but this will augment what he posts or give you a look at whats coming.

Re: 3.0m Badan Vertigo Build - Czech this out

I got an email from Dan at Badan this morning suggesting I fill in the gap between the wing tube phenolic and the spars/shear webs.

A great idea Also awesome that Dan is watching this.

I mixed up some West Systems Epoxy and microballons.

Also cut the phenolic off flush.

Trevor, what is the diameter of the wing tube please. A scale to show size.
Thank-you.
