The Patricia Region Aero Modelers, Dryden Radio Controled aircraft club, are hosting a "Fun Fly" on July 10-11.
Come out to our air field on Johnson Rd next to the Sunset Drive In Theater, with pilots from Dryden hosting guest pilots from Kenora, Thunder Bay, and all of north western Ontario, the flying will be great.
There is plenty of parking and there will be lunch available on site, so bring a lawn chair and come watch the show.
There is a $5.00 landing fee, but take off's are FREE! and, of cource, MAAC (or AMA) is a must.

For more information, call Bill @ 937 5638 or email bbrisson@drytel.net

Don't worry, Damon and Harry have coro missles that will out run your Revolver with no problem....and Don't forget our strategy...can't get the ribbon, go for the plane...can't get the plane go for the pilot! :P

We were out all day yesterday, tryed out my new plane hauler trailer, had a 50cc Sukhoi, 120 size Zero, Kadet Sr., 3 combat planes and all my gear and had lots of room for more! Flew combat with Damon and River (2 kills, killed twice, so even on the day) flew Ron's planes for him, test flew a Sig Somthin' Extra for Ron, and even did some instructing with the club trainer. Would have been a perfect day, but on the way home I smoked a deer with my van ouch! but I guess the good news is, everything in the trailer stayed right where it was put.

See you soon....

Bill

Harry packing-taped a gps to his coro speed wing and, with the GPS TAPED to the top the top speed was over 240kph! Smokin, with a hot .40

wouldn't have beleved it if I wasn't there to see it myself...that thing is a missile!

But don't worry, I'll get you a coro combat plane kit before the fun fly, and you wont have to risk your Revolver in combat with the likes of me and Damon's flying tanks!

Re: Dryden ont Fun Fly, July 10-11

Ah yes but thats why I bring 2 or 3 with me because I expect to go home with more pieces then I came with.
My plane looked good with your spare wing after Gerome used a good chunk of the wing to protect his motor as it lawn darted into the ground.
OH and I gave that plane back to you BETTER then when I got it from you (full tank of fuel) so you could do a tie breaker for points with Terry.

The best part of borrowing a combat plane is having the owner scream Ahhhh ^%$#&^% wrong plane then a whump and a soft " I was trying to fly the wrong plane".
